In early 2017, the Smith Law Office welcomed Attorney Nikolas D. Owen as its newest associate.
A graduate of The Ohio State University and Capital University Law School, Mr. Owen is an accomplished attorney and student of the law. He is a recipient of both the CALI award for Constitutional Litigation and Robert Weiler Company Scholarship, and he has recovered over one million dollars for personal injury clients.

Attorney Owen has handled a variety of cases aside from personal injury, including criminal defense, worker's compensation, and employment litigation. He is licensed in the State of Ohio as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
